Zala is the heart and soul of our teambuilding programs. With more than 10 years of experience in organizing events for large companies and small teams, Zala ensures that each program is tailored to your goals, from adrenaline to connecting experiences.

Uroš is a former professional martial arts athlete who runs sports teambuilding programs with his energy and knowledge. From disc golf to adrenaline challenges — Uroš makes sure that every team returns to a new competitive spirit.

Saša is a culinary master with more than 10 years of experience in catering. His passion for barbecue and local ingredients has already inspired hundreds of attendees who, under his guidance, have discovered the secrets of making the perfect steak.

At Kope we guarantee contact with nature in any weather. If it rains, snows or a strong wind blows, the programs are adapted and carried out in covered rooms overlooking the forests, equipped with all the necessary technical equipment for audio-visual content.

Activities, food and overnight stays in one place:

When you arrive at Kope, you park the vehicle and everything else is at your fingertips. We organize teambuilding programs, take care of local culinary specialties, such as steaks from the Paradiž farm, and provide comfortable overnight stays in Grmovškov dom — all in one place or just a few steps away on foot.
